1. Set Up Alerts for New Listings

OK this one is obvious so I'll say it first - Head over to ABC Business Sales and set up alerts. This way, you’ll get an email the moment a new listing matches your needs. It saves you constantly checking, and you’ll be first to know.

2. The Market is Hot – Act Fast

Right now, it’s a super competitive market. Buyer enquiries are at an all-time high, but new listings are steady. What does that mean for you? You’ve got competition – a lot of it.

There’s been a notable rise in multi-offers. More buyers want the same businesses, so you need to move quickly.

To save time and get the right business faster, it helps to be clear on what you’re after. Think about the type of business you want – is it a busy cafe, a takeaway with strong delivery, or maybe a bar with great foot traffic? Also, know the profits or EBPITDA you’re aiming for, the location you’re interested in, and whether you want a managed business or one that’s owner-operated.
